Great beach access and comfy room, but restaurant service was very slow.

The location is prime, right on the best bit of beach for snorkeling, making it easy to grab gear and dive right in. Plus, the proximity to Walking Street means you can hit the hotspots without being in the middle of the chaos.
The upkeep leaves something to be desired. The pool is not well-maintained, with murky water and low pressure in the showers, which forced some to resort to using the outdoor bathtub instead. Mosquitoes swarm outside the room, and the facilities, in general, feel tired and could use a serious refresh, especially considering the price point.

the location was amazin, right by the beach and close to walkin street! the pools were super nice and never too busy since we were there in low season. staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. breakfast had a good selection, with fresh fruit and some tasty options, even if it wasn't always on point. loved that we could relax by the beach or pool without many people around.

good stay but room for improvement
The spacious room had a lovely balcony that provided a nice view of the lush garden. I appreciated the quiet location, which allowed for a peaceful experience. The upper pool offered a pleasant spot for relaxation, away from the crowd. Evening walks along the beach were delightful and convenient.
The breakfast became monotonous after a few days.

Sita Beach Resort is a hidden gem! The beach access was perfect, and the location felt like a private paradise. My room had a stunning view and was spotless. Minor hiccup with breakfast being cold, but the staff went above and beyond. Can't wait to visit again!

The room was decent and spacious, but we had a broken shower initially. They moved us quickly, which was good. The balcony was nice, and it was quiet at night. The uphill walk to the room is a bit tiring, but they offered golf cart rides, so that was cool. it was comfy enough for a short stay.
